How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery flat rate is $7.99. This charge will be included in your total and final receipt, which will be available in your order history in your profile.

Where do you deliver?

Narangba, Morayfield, Deception Bay, Mango Hill, Margate, Scarborough, Clontarf, Redcliffe, Brighton, Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Bracken Ridge, Deagon, Bald Hills, Fitzgibbon, Carseldine, Strathpine, Zillmere, Lawnton, Northlakes, Kallangur and Griffin.

When do you deliver?

Delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Cut-off times for orders are Monday at 3 pm for Wednesday and Wednesday at 3 pm for Friday deliveries. If you have any issues please contact our customer service or call us at 07 3140 0774.

When will my delivery arrive?

All of our meals are cooked fresh and packaged in the same facility. We offer delivery to customers within a 48-hour period of placing their order. Delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays.    Any other delivery notes can be made at the bottom notes section of your order.

Do I need to be home to collect my delivery?

No. You do not need to be home to collect your delivery. Being at home means that your package will arrive safer as you are there to collect it directly. However, if you are not able to be there when the delivery is made, please leave a note on your delivery order and you can provide us with instructions on the best and safest way to deliver your meal.

This includes living in a high-rise building or an apartment complex.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We send a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed. The email will contain your order summary and a copy of your receipt. There will also be tracking information attached to the email and an sms update will be made when your order is ready for delivery.

Do you offer substitutions or changes to meals to cater to specific dietary needs?

We do not offer substitutions or changes to our meals. However, we have listed the allergens of each of our meals in the description. We will also continue to offer more options soon. We do not offer kosher or halal-specific items.

Are you NDIS registered?

We are currently not NDIS registered. However, we are in the process of getting our qualifications.

How many meals do I have to order?

We are very flexible in catering to your needs. Our priority is to bring quality food to those who need it no matter how small or large the order is.

What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept major credit cards including VISA and Mastercard. We also have Paypal.

How do I order?

Our phone operating times are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and call us at 07 3140 0774. Email us at rtayag@rorieskitchen.com. Find us on Uber Eats, only available if you’re within the delivery range listed below. And lastly, by creating an online profile with us, you are able to save your information and make ordering much more convenient and safe. Just click here to get started.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. We offer credits with the equivalent value to your previous purchase. These credits will be applied automatically in your next order.

Where can I view my receipt?

Log into your profile and click on the order history section. You can see a breakdown of your order and the charges. Each transaction that has been made, is available for viewing at your convenience. Each order will have a confirmation email with the receipt attached and will be available as soon as your order has been successfully placed.

Can I pick up my order directly from you?

Yes, you can! We are located at Shop 16 353 Beaconsfield Terrace, Brighton QLD 4017. We are located between the butcher shop and bakery. Just ring the doorbell upon arrival and we will be there with you shortly. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
